My Journey… 
After I had started working full time, I felt constant back pain all of the time. I tried everything to make it stop: heat/ice, intense workouts, weight lifting, chiropractic adjustments...

And none of it worked.

After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive and holistic plan that focused on MY body and needs… not just a movement-focused or passive approach. 

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Staying in pain was not an option. Being unhappy, irritated, and cranky all the time was not an option. 

Constantly worrying about a flare-up was not an option. I was all in.

I never felt like I was at my best and felt like I would never be successful. Work was hard. It took an extra toll on me physically and then I was in even more pain at the end of the work day.

One day I woke up and said that’s enough. I can’t live like this anymore. That’s when I decided I was going to have to make some big changes so I never have to feel like this again.
Now my mission is to help you get rid of your chronic back pain so you can feel confident leaving the house and get back to your ambitious goals.
So I began to educate myself on holistic nutrition and how it affects different body types, learning what would actually work for me (and why the things I’d tried in the past didn’t work out). I also started incorporating very short, focused workouts into my busy daily routine. I changed my lifestyle to follow that of an anti-inflammatory approach. I shifted my mindset. I managed my stress.

I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.

And I did it: I finally got rid of the constant pain and felt confident in my body. I also lost 25 lbs in the process, all while using sustainable lifestyle changes that let me keep the weight off (all while still eating dessert!).

Is this a group program?
Yes. I accept a small group to keep the experience intimate so you can get the support you need throughout the program.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
The program material will only take you less than 30 minutes per week to go through. And each of the daily suggested activities combined are designed to be 30 minutes or less!
I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind? 
The program is 12 weeks, but it’s self-paced. So there is no such thing as “getting behind.” You can watch replays of coaching calls and post questions ahead of time so they will be answered for you, even if you can't make it live.
